Please do not go there! They talk the talk but can't walk the walk.
I have never received such poor customer service and attitude from everyone in the company (including management).
I wish I could stop everyone from going there as it is that bad. |

Posted:Tuesday, October 18 2005, 00:12:39 | | RNR Wellness has me sold. I recently moved to the US, and I already have my appointment booked for when I return for a visit this November. I have had three visits to RNR, and have no plans to stop. Try the Warm Stone Thermotherapy massage. Or, if you like lighter pressure, the Mediterranean Aromasoul. An upgrade to the Desa suite provides, aside from privacy, a steam room, and one of the greatest showers ever. Also, in the Kala Suite, I tried the Body Resource Oil Hydrotherapy. The service is exquisite, the staff is exceptional, and I will keep coming back. |

I’m also a guy…and I’ve been converted. The services I’ve received in my 3 visits to RNR (to date, with more on the way) have been exceptional; the staff and owner are personable, involved and considerate. The environment, from the beautifully appointed Inspirational Lounge to the opulent Kala Suite, is uniformly minimalist and soothing. The spa services provided are superb and affordable…even on a university student’s limited budget, and the improved sleep, enhanced performance and sense of well-being I gained were all the encouragement I needed to book a return visit. RNR Wellness is, in my own opinion, beyond compare…see and feel it for yourself!
